This hillside property is oriented toward unparalleled views of Sausalito and San Francisco. Stepping down the grade with terraced outdoor spaces, the garden has been renovated with contemporary touches of stone and Ipe hardwood to echo the architecture of the house. With the removal of several pyrophytic trees in the front garden, an opportunity for a lounge area oriented toward views of Mount Tamalpais was created. In the rear garden, circulation was improved with a variety of bluestone slab and landscape tie steps.
